FINANCIAL FORECAST

A draft Financial Forecast of the project is included below for discussion purposes only. It features an initial Land Acquisition of the 306,000sqm property for a purchase price of AU$10,000,000, which the Vendor has approved.

In this forecast, the break-even point towards the end of Phase Two, indicating the project moves into profit across Phases Three and Four. 

The project is forecast to profit over AU$22,000,000.
